2. STICK TO A ROUTINE – This can help you focus and make your day easier to manage. Try and get up at the same time every morning and stick to your usual school timetable completing your lessons online. A good night’s sleep is also important, turn off your phones and consoles at least an hour before bed!
3. BE KIND – Being kind to yourself and others can have a really positive impact on your mood. You could make someone at home a hot drink, think of something you like about yourself or just smile more!
4. DO SOMETHING YOU ENJOY – Taking some time each day to do something you enjoy can boost good hormones in your body and make you feel good. Exercise, reading, drawing, singing, dancing, the list is endless.
5. REMEMBER – FEELINGS WILL PASS – Even if you are having the worst day possible, tomorrow is a new day. Tough feelings will pass and you won’t feel like this forever.
