The English Faculty at Ernesford Grange Community Academy is a vibrant and collaborative team, where the engagement and experiences of all our students is at the heart of everything that we do. We plan lessons that are challenging and creative, instilling a love of the written word and the worlds that are created in literature. We are also passionate about providing our students with experiences outside of the classroom, be that a trip to the Royal Shakespeare Company or an external guest speaker in to discuss poetry. Our aim is to inspire a life-long love of the written word.
At GCSE, the Acacdemy use AQA for both English Literature and English Language.
